In order to reduce the risk of occupational accidents and diseases, we take all necessary precautions to systematically identify, reduce and completely eliminate hazards that may exist in our workplace. We aim to demonstrate leading performance in occupational health and safety by continuously updating our risk management processes.<\/p>\n

In order to increase our employees\u2019 awareness of occupational health and safety, we organize regular training and awareness activities. In this way, we ensure that all our employees accept occupational health and safety as a shared responsibility. Our training courses are designed not only to meet legal obligations but also to help our employees internalize a culture of safety in the workplace.<\/p>\n

We believe that creating a healthy and safe working environment directly affects productivity and employee satisfaction in the workplace. Therefore, we always prioritize the well-being of our employees by taking measures to maximize occupational health and safety.<\/p>\n

In addition, we do not limit the OHS culture to our employees only. By ensuring that trainees and visitors are also included in this culture, we encourage everyone in the workplace to contribute to their responsibilities and practices in this regard. In this way, we aim to create a comprehensive and strong OHS culture.<\/p>\n

We regularly review our objectives to increase the effectiveness of our OHS management system and ensure its continuous improvement. These management reviews not only enable us to monitor and improve the performance of our system, but also enable us to set our future objectives.<\/p>\n
